To ensure your Return/Exchange is processed within 14 days, please fill out THIS FORM & send it with your shipment.

Stewart/Stand wallets are designed to have a thin profile. For optimal maintenance of your wallet, please do not exceed one card per credit slot or pack beyond capacity. This wallet will not stretch like leather. When overstressed, it can possibly distress.

As a metal wallet, it will take on markings or scratches if it comes into contact with other metal, hard and/or sharp objects. This can be minimized by avoiding such objects or can possibly be “rubbed” out using one’s fingers moving in a circular motion over the scratch. However, this wallet is meant to be dynamic and will likely take on a patina through use.

FAQs

Q: Will this wallet demagnetize credit cards? A: No, the stainless steel utilized in the construction of Stewart/Stand wallets does not carry a magnetic charge. Magnets in “magnetic money clip” or in “magnetic closure” passports and women's wallets, et-cetera will not demagnetize credit cards. However it is not recommended to store your credit card between two magnets.

Q: Will this wallet set off a metal detector? A: We hope so! Yes, we have had no complaints at this end and are pleased to have the opportunity to present stainless steel wallets to security screeners upon request.

Q: Does this wallet prevent identity theft and credit card fraud allowed by RFID enabled credit cards and passports? A: Yes, in Stewart/Stand wallets, areas encasing cards fully in stainless steel create something known as a Faraday Cage. This “cage” prevents radio frequencies from penetrating or escaping this area.


MUGGING / THEFT WARRANTY (US only)

Any Stewart/Stand wallet stolen during a criminal act can be replaced. The victim only need pay for the cost of shipping and must provide both proof of purchase in the form of a receipt as well as a copy of a police report with specific mention of a stainless steel wallet. LIMITED WARRANTY (US only)

Stewart/Stand warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for the time periods set forth below. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Stewart/Stand will, at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished material or (ii) replace the product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished”, means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

For a period of (30) days from the original date of purchase Stewart/Stand will refund the amount paid for a returned item. For a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase of the product, Stewart/Stand will, at its option, repair with new or refurbished product or parts, any product or parts determined to be defective. Stewart/Stand will replace any wallet purchased at any date from any retailer with any 'upgraded' product of the customers choosing.This Limited Warranty covers only the wallet or cufflinks packaged with the product. It does not cover the packaging.

Instructions: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, inbound freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the Stewart/Stand service facility specified. It is your responsibility to empty contents of the wallet and any other items you may have stored or carried in your wallet. It is likely that such items will be lost during service and Stewart/Stand will not be responsible for any such damage or loss. A dated purchase receipt is required.

REPAIR / REPLACEMENT

This Limited Warranty shall apply to any repair, replacement part of replacement product for an unlimited number of days. Any parts or products under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Stewart/Stand. This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to product issues due to commercial use, acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology, or modification to any part of the Stewart/Stand product. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: STEWART/STAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.


CONDITIONS OF USE

We take great pride in our products and our ability to ship them to you in a timely manner. We typically ship orders within 48 hours of receipt.  However, during heavier shipping times, this may take longer.  If you have any questions about when we intend to ship your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.(See: Shipping & Returns). We guarantee our products.  If for any reason, you are left wanting (i.e. because of your online purchase from stewartstand.com) call us within 4 weeks of FedEx delivery and we will arrange an exchange, credit, or return (See:  Shipping and Returns). Also, from time to time, we run out of an item.  Although we confirm receipt of your order, we do not process payment, etc. until we have re-confirmed that we have the item in stock.  Therefore, your order is an offer, not a contract of sale, until stock availability is confirmed and you have received your shipping confirmation.
