Radio-Frequency IDentification, refers to information stored in a chip on a debit card, credit card, enhanced driver’s license, or passport. Stewart/Stand Stainless Steel Wallets and Accessories create a barrier protecting the data from unauthorized access.

The information on these RFID devices is not protected and can be accessed without the owner’s knowledge or authorization:
full name, billing zip, cc number/identification number, exp date, csv/cvv, personal passport data, any data that is visible on the device.

(Less sensitive information on security access cards run on a different frequency, these cards are not affected by our RFID blocking technology).

RFID in Plain English

If you are still not sure what an RFID enabled device is or if you think that you are not affected by RFID technology, The Team High Rollers Show presents a clear explanation of how our every day lives revolve around this modern technology. Super simple, this video tracks the use of RFID chips/tags from Manufacturer to Consumer, from Logistics to Checkout, from Kellogs to You.

How do retailers receive the products that we purchase? How do manufacturers and re-sellers track the size, price, shape, weight, quantity, product type in their shipments? RFID chips/tags lower the occurrence of errors and help control quality of the products that we receive when we shop in stores or online. How will RFID tags/chips modernize our shopping experiences in the future? Team High Roller believes that this technology will not only eliminate lines at the check-out counter, but eliminate the check-out all together.

Gadgets: Ever felt the need to replace your tattered, bulging, leather wallet? A new wallet made from industrial-grade stainless steel fabric promises to keep your money and credit cards safe - from rain, perspiration, spills and even identity thieves.

New York Designer Theo Stewart-Stand created the steel wallet from the same finely woven, industrial steel that is used in aeropsace applications, petroleum processing and metal doors and windows. The resulting skinny wallet feels smooth as silk - but doesn't stretch, is cool to the touch and of course can't be stained.
